IT Cyber Specialist

Owns the cloud vulnerability lifecycle for Accenture Federal Services' own Azure, AWS and GCP environments, on the IT Cyber team within AFS IT. Starting from what the Wiz for Gov CSPM platform flags, the specialist validates and ranks findings by exploitability, exposure and asset value, raises tickets with named owners and dates, follows remediation to verified closure and keeps the vulnerability register.

The job also drives patch compliance and end-of-life software removal, escalates critical findings as P1 incidents, reports metrics on ageing and SLAs, supports CMMC, NIST 800-171 and CIS evidence requests, and tunes Wiz policies. It needs US citizenship and intermediate skill in vulnerability management, risk-based prioritisation and cloud security; Wiz, scripting and Security+ or CySA+ help.
