About the role
Leads security engineering inside a DevSecOps environment for Accenture Federal Services' Cyber Resilience and Defense practice in Tampa, covering cloud and air-gapped cloud systems. The engineer architects and runs scanning, IDS/IPS, network intrusion and SIEM tools, builds SAST, DAST and container scanning into CI/CD, secures Docker and Kubernetes, enforces DISA STIGs, defines technical solutions for NIST 800-53 and CNSSI 1253 controls and the policies behind them, owns remediation of technical POA&M items, and acts as security adviser and mentor to development and IT teams.
The team wants eight years of cybersecurity experience with incident response or DevSecOps leadership, strong Linux, Kubernetes, scripting and infrastructure-as-code skills, an IAT Level II certification and an active TS/SCI clearance; ELK and EKS experience helps.
