About the role
Leads security engineering in a DevSecOps environment for Accenture Federal Services in Tampa, as the team's senior technical security consultant. The engineer architects scanning, IDS/IPS and SIEM tooling in cloud and air-gapped settings, builds SAST, DAST and container scanning into CI/CD, secures Docker and Kubernetes, verifies STIG compliance, maps solutions to NIST 800-53 and CNSSI 1253, and directs POA&M remediation.
It asks for eight years in cybersecurity with incident response or DevSecOps leadership, strong Linux, Kubernetes and scripting skills, infrastructure as code with Git, Ansible and Terraform, DoD 8140 IAT II certification and an active TS/SCI. ELK, EKS and GitLab CI experience are preferred.
