Vulnerability & Red Team Lead

Leads the vulnerability management and offensive security programme for a large federal enterprise at Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC, running a continuous cycle of scanning, prioritisation and checking that fixes work across thousands of endpoints. The lead tracks known exploited vulnerabilities against federal directives and pushes remediation deadlines, plans and runs penetration tests under formal rules of engagement, leads red and purple team exercises to test detection and response, retests completed fixes, writes policy and metrics, mentors analysts and testers, briefs leadership, and feeds offensive findings to the SOC and threat intelligence teams.

It asks for seven years in penetration testing or vulnerability management, deep exploitation and scanning knowledge, experience leading or mentoring a team, and OSCP, OSCE or GXPN; CISSP or GPEN is preferred.
