Senior Security Engineer II - DSPM

A senior security engineer at Aledade focused on data security posture management, protecting sensitive patient and personal data across the company's cloud data platforms. The engineer designs and runs automated security capabilities, uses data and metrics to spot posture improvements and deliver them with stakeholders, leads incident analysis and containment, writes security policies and procedures, and coaches junior engineers. The data security work spans discovery, classification and cataloguing across Postgres, Snowflake, Databricks and S3, and building controls into data pipelines.

Aledade wants a relevant degree (or eight years of security experience), four years each of advisory and coaching work, Python and regex skills, and an understanding of HIPAA and PHI protection; experience with DSPM tools such as Wiz, BigID or Cyera is preferred.
