Senior Security Engineer II - IAM

A senior security engineer at Aledade focused on identity and access management, building automated, code-driven identity pipelines rather than relying on manual administration. The engineer designs and operates security automation, uses metrics to improve posture with stakeholders, leads incident analysis and containment, writes security policies and standards, and coaches junior staff. The identity work covers federated identity in Okta, Entra ID or Ping, governance tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada or Lumos, least-privilege cloud IAM design with RBAC and ABAC, and management of non-human identities.

Aledade wants a relevant degree (or eight years of security experience), four years each of advisory and coaching work, and automation skills in Python, Terraform or PowerShell; knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SSO, MFA and just-in-time access is preferred.
