About the role
The identity security subject-matter expert in Charles River Associates' 40-person global IT team, designing and running the consulting firm's identity and access management on Microsoft Entra. The engineer architects authentication with Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection and PIM, manages privileged access and non-human identities, automates provisioning, access certification and credential rotation with PowerShell and Graph, and supports audits through identity governance.
CRA wants eight to ten years of hands-on experience, most recently as an IAM engineer, an enterprise PAM deployment with CyberArk, Thycotic or Microsoft tools, hybrid Active Directory, and SSO with SAML, OIDC and SCIM. The job includes some out-of-hours work and travel between offices.
