Senior Threat Detection & Response Analyst III

Leads complex threat detection and response work on CLEAR's SOC team in New York, investigating security events across the company's networks, endpoints, data centres and cloud and seeing incidents through to remediation with engineering and infrastructure teams. The analyst builds and refines detections in SIEM and EDR platforms to cut false positives, checks coverage against current threats and MITRE ATT&CK, and applies automation and AI-assisted tools with careful judgment.

The analyst also mentors others, improves SOC documentation and tooling, and takes on-call shifts. The posting asks for eight years in security, at least five in operations, detection or incident response, with GCIH, GCIA or OSCP welcome.
