Customer Security Compliance Specialist

Explains Cloudflare's security program to customers on the Customer Compliance team, based in Austin or New York. The specialist completes security questionnaires, RFPs and assessments using Cloudflare's in-house AI pipelines with expert review, meets customer security teams on architecture questions, helps legal with security terms, and hosts customer audits.

The role also builds compliance assistants on internal AI platforms, maintains the verified knowledge base for SOC 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001, develops the Trust Portal and writes white papers. It wants five to ten years in security compliance, GRC, audit or customer security assurance, hands-on AI workflow building, and strong technical writing.
