About the role
A senior Zero Trust consultant in Cloudflare's Professional Services team, delivering hands-on implementation and migration of its Zero Trust and SASE products for enterprise customers after the sale. The consultant owns the most complex engagements end to end: gathering requirements, producing solution and design documents, migration and test plans, making configuration changes under the customer's change control, guiding integration with identity providers, MDM, DNS, network on-ramps and SIEM, troubleshooting escalations, and mentoring junior consultants.
It asks for three years focused on Zero Trust or SASE in implementation, security engineering or SOC work, deep knowledge of ZTNA, SWG, DLP, CASB and RBI, SAML, OIDC and SCIM, DNS and TLS, and endpoint troubleshooting. Travel is about 30%.
