About the role
Senior consultant in Coalfire's Google Cloud Security practice who advises enterprise clients on securing, deploying and running GCP environments and leads delivery on those engagements. The role is remote with up to 25 percent travel.
The work spans secure architecture reviews, posture assessments and remediation roadmaps, Wiz CNAPP and CSPM use cases, Security Command Center Enterprise rollouts, Google SecOps and Chronicle, SIEM migrations and Vertex AI workload security. Coalfire wants six years of security consulting, at least two as a Google Cloud consultant, hands-on use of Google's security services or similar cloud-native platforms, and work under frameworks such as FedRAMP, HIPAA or PCI. A Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification is required, plus the Security Operations Engineer certification or comparable experience.
