Director, Product Management
Dragos · United States
About the role
Runs a group of core OT security products on the Dragos Platform, which protects critical infrastructure, and builds the team of product managers who run them. The director reports to the VP of Product and works remotely in the US, travelling about 15 percent of the time.
The role owns strategy and delivery across several product areas, with accountability for customer and business results. That includes the capabilities feeding the Dragos Intelligence Fabric, which combines OT telemetry, adversary research, vulnerability intelligence and asset data to improve the insights the platform and services produce. The director keeps discovery and validation running through the whole product lifecycle, represents customers in planning, works with engineering leadership on priorities and on-time delivery, and prepares launches, proofs of concept and enablement with sales, marketing and customer experience. Bringing AI and automation into the portfolio and tracking the OT market, competitors and regulation are also part of the job.
Dragos wants ten or more years of enterprise B2B cybersecurity product management, four or more managing people, and experience with asset discovery, threat detection, MDR, XDR, threat intelligence and SaaS delivery. Shipping AI- or ML-powered features with data science teams is required, as is launching products for Global 2000 customers; OT market and critical infrastructure experience are strongly preferred.
