Senior Product Manager, Compliance

Senior Product Manager in Drata's Compliance Group, which builds the frameworks, controls, evidence collection and audit workflows that security and GRC teams use to show they can be trusted, and which is being rebuilt around AI agents. The PM owns one product area end to end, acting as its general manager. Hybrid in San Francisco.

The PM decides which customer problems matter most, sets measurable outcome goals with the engineering manager, leads a small team of engineers and design, runs continuous discovery, takes launches from alpha to general availability, makes calls on AI behaviour and user trust, and reports weekly with data. Drata wants five or more years of B2B SaaS product management with ownership of an outcome metric, strong discovery and data skills, and experience shipping AI features. SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or NIST domain knowledge is a plus.
