Cyber Intel Analyst / Penetration Tester

Supports Defensive Cyberspace Operations for Space for ENSCO in Colorado Springs, judging whether the sensors, pipelines and analytics protecting US Space Force mission systems actually see adversary activity. Though titled analyst and penetration tester, the work is largely detection engineering: analysing endpoint, network and event telemetry, mapping threats and detections to MITRE ATT&CK, building coverage heatmaps, writing and tuning detection logic, and validating data from collection to search.

The analyst also supports purple-team exercises and writes guidance for operators and leaders. It needs a degree and three years in detection, hunting, incident response or SOC work, DoD 8140 certification, and an active TS/SCI. Up to 10% travel.
