About the role
A senior identity security architect in GuidePoint Security's Active Directory and Entra ID practice, which assesses and hardens Microsoft identity environments for clients. The architect scopes, designs, tests and documents AD and Entra ID solutions and roadmaps, writes IAM policies and standards, analyses Entra ID setups for weaknesses, maintains domain controllers, DNS and Group Policy, rolls out MFA, leads difficult troubleshooting and incident work, and automates provisioning and reporting with PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.
GuidePoint wants ten or more years in IT security and architecture, including seven with Active Directory, three designing Entra ID, and five in IAM, plus strong knowledge of federation, PAM and the Microsoft security stack. CISSP, CISM or SC-300 is an asset. Travel up to 10 percent.
