About the role
A principal engineer on the central platform, AI and IT team at Wizards of the Coast, which serves shared technology for Wizards and Hasbro, leading how the company secures its cloud, developer and AI platforms. The engineer sets operational procedures for testing and validating cloud and AI workloads, runs red-team exercises against agentic, LLM and machine learning systems, builds automated code review, patching and remediation processes, and works with the security team and platform groups on tooling and a more secure developer platform, balancing protection against ease of use.
The team wants seven or more years leading cloud security work, experience deploying AI SaaS tools and cloud AI workloads, a strong sense of sound SDLC practice, and a collaborative leadership style. Based in Renton, Washington.
