Engineering Manager, Partner Integrations

Leads Partner Integrations at Horizon3.ai, the team that builds and maintains NodeZero's first-party integrations with the security platforms customers already run, such as CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne Singularity, Splunk and ServiceNow. Each integration is treated as a shipped product that must install cleanly, keep pace with upstream API changes and meet the same quality bar as the pentesting platform itself.

The manager owns execution and team health, grows the team to six or seven engineers, and runs the roadmap of named integrations, deciding what comes next and how deep to go. The role owns reliability, versioning and backward compatibility, a process for catching vendor API deprecations before they become customer incidents, and the certification pipeline of functional tests, security validation and partner requirements that gates every release. It defines the API contract with the Integrations Platform team, whose framework the integrations consume, and works with customer success, security research and partnerships on priorities.

Horizon3.ai looks for someone who has led teams of five to eight engineers shipping third-party integration products, with hands-on familiarity with EDR, SIEM and ticketing APIs and data models, experience managing rate limits and versioning across many vendors, and Go or Python skills. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML and mutual TLS, event-driven integration patterns on AWS, and normalising security data across vendors is expected. Practitioner experience with EDR or SIEM is a plus. Fully remote with up to 5% travel.
