Senior Product Manager, SOC Experience

A senior product manager at Huntress who owns a new team building the internal tooling the company's SOC analysts work in every day, reporting to the Director of Product Management, Platform. Much response work still runs on spreadsheets and Slack. The PM sets the SOC tooling vision with the Head of SOC, owns the roadmap for analyst experience and response tooling, stewards the shared investigation and evidence model that the agentic automation and partner product teams build on, turns manual processes into automated workflows, and tracks time-to-close and analyst throughput.

Huntress wants five or more years of product management on security products, direct SOC experience building SOC tools, a firm grasp of investigation and incident response workflows, strong UX skills and experience shipping AI-powered products. Remote in the US.
