Staff Product Manager, Wallet Authentication

About the role
A staff product manager who owns ID.me's Wallet Authentication platform for more than 100 million members, reporting to the VP of Product, Platform. The PM sets the roadmap for first-factor and multi-factor sign-in, passkeys and passwordless flows, authentication for APIs and AI agents, credential stuffing defences and fraud rules, and automated wallet recovery, designing to NIST 800-63-4 assurance levels and tracking pass rates, MFA adoption and recovery metrics with engineering, security and fraud teams.
ID.me wants seven or more years of product management, at least three owning authentication, identity or security platform products, deep knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO2, SAML and TOTP, and experience with API and agent authentication. The role is fully in office in Mountain View, California or McLean, Virginia.
