Senior Program Manager – Security and Performance

Senior program manager in InterSystems' System Development organisation, running large cross-functional programmes that carry the company's security and performance priorities across its product portfolio, including cloud, database, interoperability, HealthShare and AI-enabled systems. The role turns the existing security strategy into coordinated plans across many teams, works with fellow program managers and with product, engineering, architecture, compliance and operations, tracks programme health against KPIs and milestones, manages risks and dependencies, and briefs senior and executive stakeholders.

InterSystems asks for ten or more years leading complex cross-functional programmes, strong planning and risk management, and the ability to influence without authority; cloud or healthcare technology experience and PMP are pluses. The role is based in Boston.
