Senior Compliance Program Manager, GRC

Senior Compliance Program Manager in Keeper Security's CISO organisation, running compliance and governance work across enterprise and federal environments, including FedRAMP High and DoD IL5. The role plans audit cycles, continuous monitoring and POA&M remediation, coordinates evidence and control owners across security, engineering, DevOps and IT, supports customer and RFP compliance responses, helps mature third-party risk management, writes and governs security policies and System Security Plan documentation, and runs security training and phishing simulations.

Keeper wants six or more years in security compliance, GRC, audit or program management, three of them leading NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 work, plus a certification such as PMP, CISSP, CISA or CRISC. The role is remote from select US locations, with hybrid working possible near Chicago or El Dorado Hills.
