Senior Technical Program Manager, Privileged Access Management

Senior Technical Program Manager for KeeperPAM, coordinating delivery across Keeper's privileged access management portfolio, from secrets management and secure remote access to endpoint privilege management, discovery and machine identity. The role turns product priorities into plans with milestones and owners, tracks dependencies, risks and release readiness across product, engineering and QA, leads cross-team work on complex customer escalations through to root cause and resolution, and reports progress through metrics and dashboards. Product strategy stays with product management.

Keeper wants five or more years of technical program management in SaaS, security or enterprise software, enough technical depth to follow architecture, logs and APIs, and experience handling multi-team production issues; a PAM or identity background is a plus. The role is remote, with hybrid options near Chicago or El Dorado Hills.
