Senior Security Engineer

Senior Security Engineer at LiveView Technologies, reporting to the Director of Security Engineering and owning two areas: detection and response, and exposure management across infrastructure, cloud and endpoints. The engineer leads technical incident response, builds detections as code against a threat model, runs the logging pipelines behind them, automates triage and containment, extends EDR, DLP and AI-assisted SOC tooling through code, sets guardrails for internal AI use, and merges vulnerability, posture and DLP findings into one prioritised backlog for engineering teams. The role joins the security on-call rotation.

LVT wants five or more years building detection, response or exposure systems, hands-on incident response, SIEM and detection-as-code experience, Python or Go, and infrastructure-as-code. The job is in the American Fork, Utah office.
