About the role
Senior Security Engineer for product and application security at Metropolis in Seattle, working inside engineering to secure web and mobile apps, APIs, AI and computer vision platforms and cloud-native systems. The engineer runs application security reviews and threat models, leads secure SDLC and DevSecOps work, tightens CI/CD and software supply chain security, builds security tooling and automation, manages security testing and remediation, advises on secure architecture and teaches developers.
Metropolis wants six or more years hands-on in application security or software development, someone who still writes code, reviews pull requests and fixes penetration test findings, with DevSecOps, cloud-native and CI/CD security tooling experience; AI/ML security knowledge is a plus. The role is on site.
