About the role
A senior program manager role leading cybersecurity initiatives across NETGEAR's products, cloud services, enterprise systems and operations. The role owns roadmaps, budgets and risks across product and enterprise security, vulnerability management, compliance and incident readiness, facilitates incident response, builds KPIs and executive reporting, and coordinates audits, penetration tests, bug bounties and security vendors.
The company wants eight or more years in cybersecurity or technical program management, including complex security programmes, with strong knowledge of risk management, incident response and compliance frameworks. A bachelor's degree is required, and CISSP, CISM or PMP is preferred. Hybrid in San Jose.
