About the role
Secures Palantir's infrastructure as a whole, covering endpoints, servers, identity systems, cloud and SaaS services, networks and data flows, in an Information Security Engineer role based in Washington, DC. The engineer designs and improves defensive controls, owns posture work such as hardening, remediation and access control, reviews the risk of new platforms, products and vendors, and builds automation for configuration validation, patching, policy enforcement and alert triage. Lessons from red team exercises and incident investigations are turned into durable architectural and operational fixes.
The team requires at least five years of hands-on security experience, proven depth in one infrastructure domain with appetite to work across others, and a TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for one. The role is hybrid.
