Senior Identity Security Engineer

Guards the identity infrastructure behind Palantir's staff, customers and services as a Senior Identity Security Engineer in Palo Alto. The Identity Security team handles workforce, customer, workload and agentic identity across corporate, production and US Government environments, and this engineer helps steer it: architecting authentication, federation and policy-based authorization, rolling out agent identity with credentials tied to a human owner, pushing just-in-time access to shrink standing privilege, running identity threat models on a regular cycle and reviewing identity designs across teams.

Palantir requires five or more years in information security or identity and access management with clear identity depth, production experience with Entra ID, Okta or similar, a detailed understanding of identity protocols and how they are attacked, and coding ability in Go, Python, PowerShell or TypeScript.
