Technical Program Manager - Security

Drives programs for Palantir's security engineering teams as a Technical Program Manager in New York, turning security strategy and the threat picture into concrete goals and tasks. The TPM triages incoming requests, tracks vulnerability remediation deadlines, incident response obligations and detection gaps, coordinates incident response with clear ownership and post-incident reviews, designs security processes that scale without extra manual effort, and works across security, IT, legal and customer-facing teams, including on rollout of security features and certifications.

Palantir wants a record of running complex security or software programs, enough technical grounding to discuss threat detection, vulnerability management and cloud security, and composure during live incidents. Clearance eligibility is preferred, and the role requires living within commuting distance of the office.
