Security Enablement Engineer

Connects Pendo's thirteen-person information security team with its sales and customer engineering teams and customers, based in the Raleigh or New York office. The engineer builds the resources and AI-assisted workflows that let sales answer security questionnaires themselves, is the escalation point for hard security questions, joins customer calls to explain Pendo's security, privacy and compliance posture, triages requests by urgency and risk, and runs enablement sessions.

Pendo wants three years in a customer-facing technical role such as sales or solutions engineering, fluency in enterprise SaaS topics, and practical AI use. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 knowledge, questionnaire experience and Security+ or CISSP are a plus.
