Security Engineer, Product
Ramp · New York, NY (HQ)
About the role
Joins Ramp's Product Security team to make the platform where businesses manage financial information harder to attack. The engineer builds security-focused application primitives into existing products, designs platform-level mitigations for common vulnerability classes, leads fixes for prioritised issues found internally, by penetration testers or through the bug bounty program, partners with engineering teams on secure designs, and promotes tooling such as linters, static analysis and posture scanners that help engineers move quickly and safely.
Ramp wants five or more years building software, including at least two focused on platform, infrastructure or security. Python (Flask), Elixir and AWS security experience are pluses. Hybrid from the New York headquarters.
