Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Specialist - Cybersecurity Focus

Designs and runs cyber incident tabletop exercises for Resilience clients, mid-sized and large enterprises, reporting to the Director of Security and Risk Services. The specialist reviews client incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity plans for gaps, writes tailored scenarios, scripts and evaluation measures, facilitates virtual and in-person simulations of ransomware and breach events for executives and legal, PR and HR teams, and delivers after-action reports with recommendations, while helping refine Resilience's exercise methodology.

Resilience wants three to five years designing and facilitating cyber TTXs and response plans for enterprise clients, comfort leading C-suite audiences, and knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, CCPA and SEC disclosure rules. Remote in the East Coast region with up to 25 percent travel in the US and Europe.
