Staff Identity and Access Management Engineer

Refines how Ridgeline manages user access and permissions as a Staff Identity and Access Management Engineer in its Security, Infrastructure and Operations group. The engineer builds a complete inventory of accounts and permissions across company tools, automates provisioning and deprovisioning to reduce over-privileged and duplicate service accounts, sets role-based access and access policies, runs access reviews and log audits for suspicious activity, produces compliance reports with audit teams, leads response to access-related incidents, and documents IAM processes and trains staff.

Ridgeline wants five or more years with IAM tools such as Okta or Active Directory, experience writing security policy and handling incidents, RBAC implementation, Python or PowerShell automation and familiarity with NIST or ISO 27001. Hybrid in Reno or San Ramon.
