Staff Information Security Engineer - AI First

Owns the meeting point of AI adoption and information security at Rithum as a Staff Information Security Engineer. The engineer sets guardrails and requirements for AI-powered product features, threat models agentic and LLM systems, codifies preventive cloud and identity controls as infrastructure and policy as code, including limits for AI systems and agent identities, automates evidence collection, access reviews and alert enrichment, builds AI-assisted security agents with human approval gates, connects SIEM, CSPM and scanners to LLM layers, and supports the risk register and AI-focused vendor reviews.

Rithum wants five or more years of security engineering with real AI and ML security depth, strong IAM and AWS security skills, Terraform or OPA, Python, AppSec and threat modelling experience, and SOC 2 or ISO 27001 knowledge. Remote in the US with up to 10 percent travel.
