Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Joins Robinhood's Red Team, which simulates real adversaries to find and reduce security risk across the company's applications, infrastructure, corporate and physical environments. The engineer plans and runs red team exercises including long-running campaigns, performs threat modelling and penetration tests, writes tools to automate testing, runs adversarial simulations with detection and response teams, leads incidents when findings call for it, works with engineers on fixes, and mentors teammates.

Robinhood wants six or more years of red team operations or advanced penetration testing, experience attacking CI, Kubernetes and AWS or GCP environments and evading EDR and IDS, strong ATT&CK knowledge, and Python, Go and JavaScript skills. Hybrid, at least three days a week in Bellevue, Denver, Menlo Park or New York.
