Staff Offensive Security Engineer

Plans and leads offensive security work on Robinhood's Red Team at staff level, simulating real adversaries against applications, infrastructure, corporate systems and physical sites to surface and reduce risk. The engineer runs long-term red team campaigns, threat models and penetration tests, builds testing tools and automation, partners with detection and response on adversarial simulations, leads incidents arising from findings, champions the team's results across the company and mentors other offensive engineers.

Robinhood wants eight or more years of red team operations or advanced penetration testing, experience attacking modern CI, container and cloud stacks and evading defensive tools, deep ATT&CK knowledge, identity and access fundamentals, and Python, Go and JavaScript. Hybrid, three days a week in Bellevue, Denver, Menlo Park or New York.
