Director, Product Management - FedGov

Leads product strategy for Saviynt's federal government offerings as Director of Product Management, based in Milpitas, shaping how the identity security company's platform serves US agencies with demanding identity and access management requirements. The role owns the vision, strategy and roadmap for the federal products and keeps them tied to the company's business goals.

The director works with federal sales, customer success, support, services and engineering to decide which features matter most to government customers, partners with technical programme managers and release management to deliver the roadmap in agile cycles, and runs cross-team initiatives on complex federal IAM problems. The job also covers meeting federal customers and partners to share strategy and gather feedback, launching new federal capabilities with product and field marketing, analysts and public relations, tracking competitors and federal market trends, and bringing agentic AI into the federal products.

Saviynt asks for ten years of technology product management with a strong federal focus, a record of developing strategy for complex enterprise software and bringing security or identity products to market, and an understanding of IAM systems and security principles. Experience with agentic AI in security, prioritisation frameworks, P&L considerations, agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Aha is expected. A bachelor's degree is required, a master's is preferred, and US citizenship is mandatory.
