About the role
Joins Scale AI's Product Security team to secure its products and services across the AI and ML software stack. The engineer builds security tooling, conducts deep code reviews, assesses offerings through RFC and service reviews, maintains security-focused CI/CD pipelines, runs SAST and DAST against production code, uses Terraform for secure infrastructure, explains the exploitability and impact of vulnerabilities, and guides engineering teams toward lasting fixes.
Scale looks for product security engineering experience, the ability to drive multi-month security initiatives independently, NodeJS, TypeScript or Python, modern JavaScript design, production AWS security at scale and SAST and DAST tooling. Based in New York, San Francisco, Seattle or Washington, DC.
