Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Joins the Security Team at Scopely Explore, the studio formerly known as Niantic, to raise the security of the cloud infrastructure and production environments behind its mobile games. The engineer advises teams on security choices as new infrastructure is built, helps manage cloud security posture across several cloud providers, owns and improves the existing security tooling, and writes automation that protects the environment engineers work in.

The team wants three or more years at a global company running cloud-centric infrastructure, deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and IAM, and real programming ability in a language such as Go, Java or Python, which is tested during hiring. The role is based in Bellevue with three office days a week.
