FedRAMP Information System Security Officer (ISSO)

The designated FedRAMP information system security officer at Semperis, the hybrid identity security company, reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance who acts as ISSM; this posting is for the Austin office on a hybrid schedule. The ISSO runs the FedRAMP 20x programme day to day: chartering it, documenting the cloud service boundary, closing gaps against the Key Security Indicators, building an automated evidence pipeline from CSPM, IAM, SIEM and CI/CD tools, standing up the Trust Center, and carrying the package to certification and ongoing reporting.

It requires six years in GRC or IT audit, hands-on ISSO work through a full FedRAMP Rev 5 authorisation, NIST 800-53 implementation, and CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC.
