Senior Software Engineer - Security Foundations

A senior software engineer on the Anti-Abuse team within Snowflake's Security Foundations organisation, listed in Bellevue on a hybrid basis, building security primitives that protect the platform and its customers from fraud, account takeover, data exfiltration and AI-related threats across several clouds.

The engineer builds real-time detection and prevention systems with adaptive enforcement, AI/ML-driven risk scoring services, and monitoring that flags suspicious account and user behaviour, and works with security, engineering and product teams on strategy and secure design. Snowflake wants five or more years of software development, Python or SQL for detections and data pipelines, experience designing software with a security focus, and a record of leading projects independently.
