Mission Integration Engineer (Security Products) - Top Secret Clearance

A mission integration engineer on the Starshield Mission Management team in Hawthorne who owns the security side of satellite programmes for US government customers: certification and accreditation work, customer liaison on security, and technical integration from requirements through test, launch and on-orbit commissioning.

The engineer plans compliance and certification tasks with government partners, produces accreditation and authorisation deliverables on tight timelines, assembles design, analysis and test packages for government reviewers, refines security requirements, works with security and engineering teams on architecture, and leads milestone reviews and technical interchange meetings. SpaceX asks for an engineering or computer science degree and two or more years in technical program management, systems engineering or mission integration; high-assurance systems and government accreditation experience are preferred. A Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (or eligibility), up to 10 percent travel and extended hours are required.
