Sr. Cyber Assurance Analyst, Finance

Provides security and IT controls assurance over SpaceX's finance systems as a senior cyber assurance analyst in Information Assurance, on-site in Hawthorne, bridging governance and hands-on technical review of ERP, general ledger and payment platforms.

The work includes leading ITGC, SOX IT control and SOC 1 and SOC 2 testing, gathering and checking technical evidence with engineers and system owners, assessing systems and networks against policy and regulatory expectations, driving remediation of gaps that affect financial reporting, maintaining audit artifacts, improving efficiency through automation and GRC tools, supporting third-party risk reviews and mentoring teammates. SpaceX wants five or more years in cybersecurity compliance, audit or technical security with solid control testing experience; finance system work, SOX and ISO 27001 knowledge, and CISA, CISM or CRISC are preferred. Travel within the US and abroad is part of the role.
