Sr. Product Security Engineer (Starlink)

A senior engineer on Starlink's Product Security team, shaping the security of software across Starlink's product lines. The engineer builds security infrastructure such as cryptographic services, develops security features for the router, dish, gateways and satellites, designs protections into factory processes, and improves production systems either hands-on or by advising the teams that own them, prototyping and testing changes along the way.

The team wants five or more years developing security software (seven without a degree), working skill in Python, C++ or Go, and experience securing operating systems or large distributed systems. Strength in applied cryptography, secure boot, network or OS security, or vulnerability research is valued, as is work with TPMs and HSMs. Based in Bastrop, Texas; extended hours come with the job.
