Privacy Operations Program Manager

A program manager on Stripe's Privacy Operations team, the operational centre of the company's global privacy program, working with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering. The role runs the core privacy processes end to end: data subject requests, PIAs and DPIAs, records of processing, transfer impact assessments and cookie compliance, keeping them audit-ready and measuring compliance. It also tightens and automates those processes, including with AI tools, maintains playbooks and response libraries, and takes turns as the first contact for incoming privacy requests.

Stripe wants at least five years of privacy program management, including building organisation-wide programs, working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and PIPEDA, and hands-on assessment and DSR experience. CIPP or CIPM certification is a plus. Remote in the US.
