Product Manager, Identity & Access Management

The product manager for Stripe's identity and access management, which governs how businesses give employees, apps, API integrations and AI agents access to their Stripe accounts, and which supplies the fine-grained permissions model every Stripe product uses. The PM owns the vision and roadmap for access on every surface, from the Dashboard and API to the CLI and MCP, with a focus on agents as a new kind of principal with their own authentication, limits and human approval steps. Other priorities are making least privilege easy through custom roles and usage-based permission suggestions, and making secretless Workload Identity Federation the default.

Stripe asks for five or more years of platform product management, a background in security, identity or developer platforms, and the technical depth to design authorisation with engineers. Remote in the US or Chicago.
