AI Information Security Engineer

Helps shape how Tenable secures AI in its products and across the enterprise, as part of the Information Security team. The engineer designs controls across the AI and ML lifecycle, builds guardrails for language models, contributes to reference architectures for MCP servers and agentic workflows, runs threat modelling and AI security assessments, and builds AI-driven security tooling.

Tenable wants two or more years in information or application security with a demonstrated interest in securing AI, awareness of threats such as prompt injection and data poisoning, and knowledge of SSDLC, DevSecOps and testing practices. AI red teaming and Python or Go are pluses. Hybrid at the Columbia, Maryland headquarters.
