About the role
A DevSecOps cloud engineer with Trace3's government division, working on site in Colorado Springs on the NORAD and Cheyenne Mountain Complex warning and space support contract, NISSC 3. The engineer evaluates, designs, deploys and tests hybrid cloud solutions with cloud service providers and programme engineers, provides IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments for development, test and operations, makes sure those solutions meet the cybersecurity requirements needed to win and keep an ATO, and advises programme leadership on risk and progress.
It asks for four to seven years in cloud engineering, Terraform for provisioning and drift tracking, an AWS or Azure associate certification, Security+, architecture diagramming and an active Secret clearance, with Top Secret listed as the role's requirement.
