About the role
Analyses EDR telemetry, alerts and logs across endpoint, identity, network and cloud domains on Zscaler's Detection Operations Team, identifying threats and publishing them for Managed Detection and Response customers. The analyst reports to the Detection Analyst Manager, writes concise threat communications with indicators and remediation context, and improves workflows through orchestration and automation.
The company wants strong EDR experience plus at least one of cloud or SaaS, identity, email or network detection, expertise with query languages such as SQL or Lucene, and active use of AI tools. Red team experience and community involvement stand out. Remote, USA only.
