Director, Product Management, ZIA

Leads product management for Zscaler Internet Access, a portfolio spanning Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security and IPS alongside newer platform work, reporting to the VP, Product Management. The role works alongside the Secure Web Gateway and Cybersecurity teams and helps shape where ZIA and Zscaler's wider cybersecurity products go next.

The director owns the product lifecycle from first idea to end of life, and works with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to bring products to market. Time with customers is a regular part of the job, gathering feedback and finding new opportunities, and the director serves as the internal expert who trains sales and other teams on these offerings.

The company is looking for a proven record in product management focused on cybersecurity, with technical command of firewalls, IPS, DNS, SSL/TLS inspection, proxy architecture, secure web gateways and HTTP/S at scale, and a deep understanding of the SSE and SASE market. A foundational grasp of AI and ML and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, are required. Experience applying AI to malware detection or threat intelligence, familiarity with Zscaler's architecture, and a master's degree or MBA would stand out.
