About the role
Helps customers, partners and field teams work through compliance requirements as part of Zscaler's Global Security Compliance practice, reporting to its Director. The program manager maps frameworks such as NIST, GDPR, PCI and HIPAA to Zscaler capabilities control by control, completes vendor security questionnaires and customer assessments, builds reusable playbooks, trains sales engineers and account executives, and speaks at webinars and conferences.
The company wants working knowledge of frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, DORA and GDPR, a solid grasp of security architecture and data protection, and experience with sales or customer-facing teams. CISSP or similar helps. Remote, with up to 10% domestic travel.
